I felt like such a homeless person/vagabond— trying to sleep wherever I could, using the public bathroom to brush my teeth, carrying all my stuff on my back in my backpack, not knowing exactly where I’ll end up or what I’ll see. But strangely, I was content. I knew everything was going to be fine.
There is a freedom in not being linked to a particular place in time. I had the things I needed and the security of good friends and the promise of a God that is Good and who provides.
These are some of the best times of my life.
I know this even as it is unfolding.
